The Team
ALISON COLE
Alison is a multi-award-winning composer and sound designer based in Sydney, Australia. Since 2003, she has consistently worked in Australia's music, TV and film industries worldwide. Her film score composition work has been featured at the Cannes Film Festival, the Berlin International Film Festival, and the Sydney Film Festival. She's been a Tropfest winner, a multiple Best Composition Award winner (ProMax ANZ) and People's Choice Award (B&T).


Alison Cole was awarded her Doctorate in Composition at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music in 2023. Her compositional research involves incorporating site sound to engage audiences in historical perspectives. In May 2025, Alison will premier her multimedia electro-acoustic work, Fabric of Memory.

Alison has worked extensively across all media formats: films, TV series, TV Channel ID campaigns, multimedia installations (Vivid, Burning Man Main Arena), TVCs, interactive film scores (Crossing Paths), sonic branding, experiential, interactive theme park rides (Shanghai & Australia) and international brand campaigns. Her compositions are performed and broadcast worldwide and across Australia.
Alison has also performed with ARIA award-winning/nominated electronic dance bands Severed Heads and Boxcar, touring Australia and worldwide.

Alison has composed and produced soundtracks for over 40 film and television productions. Recently, Alison has received commissions from The Australian Ballet; Kids These Days (2022) & So Glad You Made Me (2024), Disney (TV series), SBS (TV series), and Tyro (Eftpos machine sound-language). Alison translates the ideas of her collaborators & clients into the emotional language of music. The variety of her work and awards illuminate her command of genres, musical scope, and technology.
LIV PARKER
Liv Parker is a composer, sound designer, and immersive artist whose work blurs the boundaries between sonic landscapes and experiential storytelling. Drawing from a rich palette of electronic, acoustic, and environmental sounds, she crafts immersive audio worlds that transform spaces and engage audiences on a sensory level. Liv was a scholar at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and recognized on the Dean’s Excellence List for outstanding academic performance. Her proficiency spans across vocals, drums, piano, and guitar, making her a highly versatile musician both in performance and composition.
Her work has been exhibited nationally, including installation presentations at Elysian at Machine Hall in Sydney, and at Australian festivals such as Euca and Ooranook. She has collaborated with collectives including Good Good Company and FIGJAAM, contributing audiovisual design and immersive installation elements. Liv has worked on short films, and recently completed scoring for the feature-length film and a series set to premiere in 2026.

Passionate about musical experimentation, she often integrates electronic elements, sound samples, and her own vocals into her compositions, continually pushing the boundaries of creative expression. She also performs as a DJ in her spare time, bringing her eclectic sound sensibilities to live audiences. Her dedication to innovation in music underscores her role as a vital contributor to Signature Sound, where her multifaceted skill set makes her an invaluable asset.
